About Our Practice

We have a staff of attorneys, paralegals and assistants who seek to exceed your
expectations as our client.  Below are short paragraphs about those in our office.

Daryl A. MacLean, Esq.

Daryl MacLean has been practicing law since 1995.  He and his family are now
pleased to be a part of Delano.  His legal practice includes estate planning, family
law, criminal defense and property matters. Few attorneys pay more attention to the
details of their files.  Daryl has developed a reputation for his thorough preparation
and meticulous review of every client file.  With this attention also comes a personal
quality to his relationship with clients.  Clients who want to know that their personal
welfare is also a concern of their attorney are pleased to find Daryl.   

Daryl is President of Twin Cities Christian Legal Aid; an organization that provides
legal services to homeless and low income individuals in the Twin Cities.  He and his
family attend church at First Covenant Church in downtown Minneapolis, where one
of the three TCCLA legal aid clinics is located.  Daryl is also a yearly volunteer with
the Minnesota Bar Associations Mock Trial program.  This year he is one of the
coaches of the Rockford High School team.  Daryl's passion is reflected in his
teaching.  He has spoken to classes around the Twin Cities and is a regular
contributor to the campus legal studies program at Crown College.  Daryl has also
been a member of the Delano Chamber of Commerce for the past four years, just
recently completing a term as President of the Chamber Board.  He has served on
many committees including a group providing resources to children in the Delano
community.  He is a board member of other community organizations and enjoys
being a part of community education.  He serves on the elder board of his church
and is a teacher of the churches young adults class.

Jessica Williams

Jessica is the legal assistant to Daryl MacLean.  Her experience and helpful manner
make her a client favorite.  Most questions about client matters can be answered by
a pleasant phone call to Jessica.

Helen Federline

Helen is the probate paralegal for MacLean Law Office.  Her 15 years of experience
with probate practice in Minnesota are evident in her exceptional work.  Your
probate experience will be considerably less stressful and efficient with Helen
working on your side.
